Modula Pallet

Pallets are the most commonly seen material handling tool in the warehouse.

Taking advantage of our rich experiences and automatic technology, Modula Pallet enables it to handle 1200 x 800 mm Euro pallets and other pallets or boxes with similar dimensions autonomously and safely. 

Designed with ergonomic standards in mind, we have developed this automated upgrade of traditional racking systems that allows pallets to be safely handled, avoiding suspended loads like loading on the ground.

Modula Pallet is an automated solution for customers looking for a safer, more ergonomic, and more efficient automatic storage system.

Quick and easy to install, with major advantages:

• Pallets stored inside vertical warehouse, thus free ground space  
• Pallets are handled from the ground, no more forklifts needed

• Gross capacity from 35,000 to 90,000 KG
• 1 Pallet bay on the ground + 2 standard bays (at a height)

Modula Pallet system, automatic storage solution is designed to store 1200×800 mm Euro pallets but also allows standard trays for bulk material.

The loading bay will measure the weight and height of the incoming pallet. Based on the results, the system assigns the most suitable position among all available slots in the vertical storage system.

• Without forklift drivers

Piece Picking

You can access to the item directly from the side windows of the loading bay with no need to move the whole pallet from the machine.

Mixed storage

The automatic storage system – Modula Pallet can store pallets, bulk and packaged products or boxes.

Modula Pallet is also designed for mixed storage; some trays can store pallets, while others can store other materials. In such cases, there will be a specific pallet bay for pallet throughput and another at the opposite position for standard picking operations.

Integration with other technologies

Modula Pallet has a modular design and intelligent technology, and when used with Modula WMS software, integrates with other technological solutions such as:

• AMR
• AGV
• Roller conveyors.

Integration could turn the whole process entirely automated.

Combining multiple Modula Pallet storage systems and equipping only one with the loading bay is possible. The internal shuttle will move the load from one storage system to another. This makes it possible to pick from one position while storing in different Modula units.
